Our name reflects the ancient association between the Vikings and Suffolk (which for some years was part of 'Danelaw'). It was at Felixstowe in 885 AD that King Alfred's fleet attacked sixteen Viking ships at the mouth of the Stour, which in those days was approximately where Felixstowe Pier is now, and captured them all.

Our catchment area of residential sales includes Felixstowe, Trimley St Mary, Trimley St Martin, Kirton and Falkenham.
